Her credibility was ensured due to her strong knowledge of the business and her partnership approach, as well as her ability to influence employees to meet the company’s objectives. She was always able to ensure that performance was sustainable and embedded throughout the people and the organisation. Judith is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Member of the Chartered Management Institute and Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
